Her career spans high-voltage inverter design at L&T EmSyS and mission-critical launch vehicle integration at ISRO, where she supported full-cycle operations of PSLV and GSLV from subsystem testing through on-ground launch at Sriharikota.
As Managing Director of NaviRex India, Deepa leads operations across India and interfaces closely with NaviRex GmbH in Germany. She oversees technical partnerships, regulatory alignment, and R&D implementation, driving the mission to democratise carbon finance through traceable, verified micro-scale clean energy systems.

Dr. Harikrishnan Nair
Director & FounderCross-disciplinary entrepreneur and sustainability leader with a PhD in Sustainable Earth. His career spans a decade across Germany, India, Singapore, and Sweden, leading high-impact projects at the intersection of research, engineering, and public policy in both life sciences and cleantech.
In 2025, he founded NaviRex GmbH to bridge Europe's renewable technology surplus with energy-deficient rural regions in India. As Director of NaviRex India, he drives the global vision, cross-border strategy, and multi-stakeholder partnerships that translate sustainability goals into scalable business models. He is also the founder of Hamburg Indian Association e.V.
